Responsibility & Liability
Donnie Cools does not control the **design, manufacture, certification, or installation** of the products we sell. The manufacturer is solely responsible for all **safety and compliance issues** related to the product. By purchasing from this website or any other electronic platform, you agree to hold Donnie Cools **harmless** for any claims related to the **design, manufacture, installation, or use** of the product.  

If you disagree with these Terms of Sale, you must notify us before your order is shipped, and we will cancel the transaction and issue a full refund. Failure to notify us before shipping will be considered full acceptance of these terms.  

Any disputes that cannot be amicably resolved will be adjudicated under Texas law in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.  

Product Warranty – 1-Year Parts Coverage
Every machine sold by Donnie Cools is covered by a one (1) year parts warranty, starting from the date of purchase as shown on your sales receipt.  

Warranty Limitations:
- The warranty does not cover consumable parts, labor, shipping costs, or any damage resulting from shipping, improper handling, or misuse of the machine.  
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s setup, operation, and maintenance instructions (as provided in the user manual, website postings, or product labels) will void the warranty.  

Return Policy
Shipping Delays: Donnie Cools is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays and will not cover additional shipping services requested by the buyer.  

Inspection Responsibility: The buyer must thoroughly inspect the shipment before signing the shipping company’s receipt. Once the buyer signs for the package, any damage claims will be the buyer’s responsibility.  

Return Request: A return request must be submitted via email to info@donniecools.com within seven (7) days of delivery.  

Condition & Timeframe: The machine must be unused and in resalable condition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase.  
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges.  

Non-Returnable Items: Slush mixes are non-returnable.
